I was Brother Trucker Date: Tue, 15 May 2001 17:39:35 From: "Kevin Dobies" <chesterrush@hotmail.com> To: working@helderweb.com Well, I want to give mad props to everyone involved with the show. Great cast, great crew, great set, great sound, good look, good tunes, good friends, good times, fond memories and some kewl f*’n parties. We shared a lot of laughs, some scares and some tears, and let’s not forget the applause. And I found out that I can sing. Go figure. I mean, this was my first musical, and I wasn’t even sure I was going to do it, but when we all showed up for the first day of rehearsal, I looked around at all my friends and thought, "Damn. I HAVE to do this show. It’s going to be so much FuN!” And it was. I was very pleased with the overwhelmingly positive responses we got from everyone who saw the show, and even a little surprised since I was constantly worried during Brother Trucker that I was off-key and off-tempo. But, we pulled it off. The best musical SCCC has done in thirty-six years. I’m grateful to have been a part of it. ==Kevin Dobies "Brother Trucker" |

Thanks Date: Wed, 25 Apr 2001 22:58:02 EDT From: PriincessT1982@aol.com To: working@helderweb.com This show was the best i have worked on in along time. Thanks to eveyone who made it possible. The best part of any musical is getting to work with highly talented people. I must say this cast is one of the most incredible group of people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Can't wait to see how everyone turns out in 10 or so years. We all have the talent and drive it needs to make it big. Dream large and take every opportunity you get. Good luck to all.
